If you have a new website and would like custom emails at your domain, e.g. "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.",  then we recommend to use Google Workspace.

It's a low cost per month for each user ($6) and integrates with gmail. So you can acess gmail via your browser or mobile app, login with your business email and password and access emails from anywhere.

You can also add this to your outlook as an IMAP account too. Users can enjoy benefits such as Google's high quality Spam Filter, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Drive for your business activities.
