For a Gibraltar domain, you can purchase your .gi domain directly through the Gibraltar Registry at nic.gi.

We recommend that you purchase and own your domain yourself, rather than having it registered in someone else's name. This ensures you retain full control of your business domain.

We'll be happy to help you manage the domain and configure the DNS settings needed to get your website or business email working.

Yes. We recommend Google Workspace, which allows you to use Gmail with your own business domain, for example, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This can be easily accessed via Gmail, Gmail App, or added to your email program such as Microsoft Outlook.

We can help set up your business email as part of a new website project at no additional charge.

We particularly recommend Google Workspace because we can configure authenticated email delivery from your website, helping ensure enquiries submitted through your website forms are delivered reliably rather than ending up in spam.

Yes, but our social media management service is currently only available to our website clients.

Because we build your website, we take the time to understand your business, products and services. We also often produce or collect a substantial amount of content during the website project that can be repurposed for social media marketing.

Our social media management package is £150 per month, which includes 2 posts per week.

We can also discuss an additional advertising budget if you'd like to boost selected posts to increase reach, engagement, followers and enquiries.

Yes. For new clients, we can set up and configure a Google Ads campaign based around your chosen keywords and target locations for £150.

We'll help identify suitable keywords and locations and can recommend an advertising budget based on what you're trying to achieve.

Once your campaign is running, we'll monitor its performance during the first few months and make adjustments to keywords, targeting and settings to help improve performance and ensure your budget is being used effectively.

If you'd like to add a new page to your site, or make changes, the cost is just £30/hr. 

If you request small changes such as text changes, phone number changes which only takes us a minute or so to fix, we don't charge. That's just our way of helping support you as a cherished client.

Once the website is paid for, the client is the owner. 99% of the time we host a clients website since it makes it easier to manage CMS updates, security updates, extension updates, CMS migrations etc. However, should you ever request a backup of the files and database we'll be happy to send a copy over.

As we use popular CMS solutions such as Joomla or Wordpress, our websites are easy to transfer to other designers, rather than be stuck with a designer who has their own custom CMS that others would not be able to support. So our websites are very flexible!

• For all new website design or development projects, a 50% deposit is required to secure the project and schedule the work.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon successful completion and Client approval of the project, prior to the website going live.

• All invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments must be made to the bank account listed at the bottom of the invoice.

Of course! We prefer to do online meetings via Google, Zoom, Teams or WhatsApp, but that's up to you, as this keeps our time more efficient.

We feel this gives clients a more hands-on experience, whether viewing the proposed website on desktop or mobile, so they can get a real feel for how it will look and perform.
